GAMIFICATION OF COACHING PROCESSES

ARCHEUS COACHING BOARD is a platform that offers a gamified virtual environment (which looks like a game, without being it). This environment facilitates a friendly and relaxed relationship with the client, which favors mutual trust and access to the unconscious contents that exert a determining influence on their decisions, allowing a genuine work from the perspective of COACHING-PSYCHOLOGY-.

What is it?

ARCHEUS COACHING BOARD is a customizable virtual platform that allows you to use different methodologies online with your clients. It is currently available in Spanish and English, but versions in other languages will gradually be incorporated.

Currently, only ARCHEUS COACHING PROTOCOL is available, as a classic Coaching methodology. A new methodology based on Eric Berne’s Transactional Analysis will be incorporated shortly, as well as a process based on the Enneagram and its 9 enneatypes. 

All methodologies are based, however, on archetypal dialogue. Thanks to this dialogue, the client can recognize those unconscious aspects that influence his decision-making and integrate them in a harmonious way in his purpose, so that he feels encouragement and help, instead of restrictions and fears.

How does it work?

The platform has two fundamental elements, in addition to other accessories (tokens and pawns):

  • The board, which represents the client’s mental space, in which their aspirations, resources, fears and resistances are exposed.
  • The cards, each of which represents an archetype, through which the unconscious psychic elements are brought out.

Access to the platform is done through a control panel where you will have the files of your clients. You will be able to:

  • Schedule sessions.
  • Customize the appearance and resources for each session.
  • The personal data of your clients is encrypted, so that only you can access them, and the work environment is completely safe.
  • The platform offers a Notepad, Chat and space to integrate the Video window, which greatly facilitates communication between professional and clients.
